Pop is the worst! (and the BEST at the same time) but vancity is right, mixing up water with other stuff is killer. My favorite (which I NEVER have because Lindsay won't touch it) it Cucumber Water. Slices of cucumber, in a pitcher of water in the fridge. Delicious.

water is definitely your friend.
i'm a huge lover of water innovations.
get a good pitcher with a top that seals, so it stays fresh tasting in the fridge... and experiment with fruit flavour combos.
some of my favourites are:
- lemon, lime & orange slices
- cucumber and fresh mint
- lime and mint
- fresh raspberries

it takes ordinary water to a whole new taste level, and it's still sugar free, caffeine free and good for you.

Good for you! I remember when you guys were talking about that movie Food, Inc. (I believe) in the summer and watching that preview sparked something huge in me (when I was ready, of course as all these things seem to work) when it came to shopping for the family and eating.

99% of what I buy now is found around the perimeter of the store, mostly local and always organic and it's a good way to be. The treats are so much more decadent when they're just treats, you know?

And dude? Fall in love with water.
